Greece and Iceland reaffirmed the good level of bilateral relations, during a meeting between Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis and his Icelandic counterpart Geir Haarde, who is on a working visit to Greece. Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Karamanlis said that relations between the two countries were exceptional, and cooperation was excellent, but added that there were many opportunities for furthering collaboration in the economy, investments and the tourism sector. The two leaders also discussed matters concerning NATO, and the developments in Georgia and in the western Balkans. Source: ANA
